Who We Are

Guidance Families Can Trust

We understand that finding the right care solution for a loved one can feel overwhelming. Our mission is to simplify the process by providing compassionate guidance, trusted resources, and personalized placement support for families exploring assisted living, memory care, and board & care communities.

Every family’s situation is unique, which is why we take the time to understand individual needs, preferences, and care goals before recommending options that provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

Our approach is centered on empathy, transparency, and support—helping families make informed decisions with confidence.

Founder Story

Our Founder Story, About Eddie Gay:

Following his graduation from the University of South Florida with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics, and a short tenure as a naval officer, Eddie
transitioned into a successful 10 – year career as a mortgage consultant with E*Trade Financial and other lending institutions.

In 2007, Eddie walked away from a high-paying mortgage consultant role at E*Trade in Los Angeles to care for his aunt, who was diagnosed Alzheimers in Washington, D.C. Through this three year experience, he gained a deep, personal understanding of the overwhelming physical and emotional toll dementia care takes on families. After transitioning her into an assisted living community he returned to Los Angeles and has lived in Southern California for over 30 years.

Driven by a passion for caregivers of loved ones with dementia, he pivoted to the Senior Living Industry in 2012. As a top- performing advisor for a premier referral service, Eddie has facilitated placements for over 1,800+ seniors into assisted living, memory care, board and care, and independent living.

Eddie’s commitment to service is highlighted by his long-term work with the Red Cross, including his deployment to the Gulf Coast for the 2005 Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.

“It has always been my goal to somehow make the world a little better for humanity by contributing in a positive way. From mentoring as a high school teacher serving an underprivileged community on the south side of Chicago, to serving in New Orleans with the Red Cross during Hurricane Katrina, the importance of service to others has always been a priority for me.”
