Services

Assisted Living

Assisted living communities provide the same amenities as independent living, with the added benefit of 24/7 support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) – such as bathing, dressing, mobility and medication management. Furthermore, many communities offer limited skilled nursing services, including comprehensive diabetes care (sliding scale) and catheter or colostomy management.

Residential Care Homes

commonly known as Board and Care

Board and Care Homes are small private homes 6 residents or fewer. With a high – staffing environment (1:2 ratio ) These communities offer more hands on assistance on a more consistent basis. These settings are ideal for dementia or full-care, non-ambulatory patients, offering comprehensive ADL support at a cost-effective rate compared to traditional memory care.

Services

Memory Care

Memory care communities provide specialized environments for individuals with cognitive impairments such as, vascular dementia, Alzheimer’s, Lewy body, and Huntington’s disease. These facilities feature higher staff to resident ratios and a team specially trained in behavior modification for combative residents and redirection for wandering. With enhanced security measures and tailored therapeutic activities, they offer a safer, more focused level of support than standard assisted living.
